The theme of our project became “ahead of schedule and under budget.” C.D. Smith worked with a number of local subcontractors which made our school board and citizens happy. We received very good bid prices which allowed us to upgrade materials and allocate more money into remodeling older sections of our elementary school. Our finished project helped restore public confidence in our school district. C.D. Smith was a big part of our project success.

C.D. Smith provided Gehl Company with Construction Management/General Contracting services in the construction of their new corporate office building located adjacent to their manufacturing and research and development facilities in West Bend. The new 2 story building features 72,000 square feet above ground and a partial basement for storage below. The modern exterior facade features extensive glass and insulated architectural wall panels. Construction incorporated a number of sustainable initiatives.
