After our successful referendum, C.D. Smith continued to work with the architects, Board of Education, community and staff to finalize the plans, assist the bidding process and work with subcontractors to see that bids were realistic. | The theme of our project became “ahead of schedule and under budget.” C.D. Smith worked with a number of local subcontractors which made our school board and citizens happy. We received very good bid prices which allowed us to upgrade materials and allocate more money into remodeling older sections of our elementary school.
